I hired Ms. Disken to assist my elderly mother through a real estate process involving (1) having to "prove" that my father who was co-owner of the co-op when they purchased it 40+ years ago was deceased, (2) going through a Title Search, and (3) assisting her with the closing on the co-op in her name only.
